Registration and field trips
Any change/cancellation must be addressed to the Technical Secretariat in writing: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Participants cancelling before 1 April 2017 will receive a refund, minus a 50€ administration fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 1 April 2017.
Accommodation
Free cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations received between 30 and 16 days before arrival date will be charged 60% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations received between 15 and 8 days before arrival date will be charged 80% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival date will be charged 100% of of the total reservation cost.
